You can arrange for a referral / appointment for one of your patients

MD Access Call Center
Our MD Access Call Center was created to expedite
the referral and appointment process.
Trained agents can quickly direct you to the physician with whom
you wish to speak, as well as facilitate consultations and
second opinions. If you’re unsure of which
physician to contact, the agent can identify physicians with the
expertise you seek and
handle the logistics of contacting them for you. Our comprehensive
database helps us to identify physicians who match your needs and

or get general information about our health system.

If desired, Call Center agents can help keep you informed of the
outcome of your initial call by confirming your patient has made
an appointment
with one of our physicians. After your patient's
visit, our physician will forward a summary of diagnostic reports
and treatments to you as soon as it becomes available.
Contacting
a Physician’s Office Directly
If you don’t know the number for the physician you wish
to contact, call our MD Access Call Center (at
the number listed in the box above) and we will contact you. A new Physician and Service
Directory will be available soon, both online and in hard copy.
