Highland Dental Care

Welcome to the Highland Dental Care practice. Our professionals work together as a team to bring you the highest quality dental treatment in a warm, caring setting. In addition, some of our staff members speak Spanish and Russian.

Making an Appointment

Call us to schedule an appointment at 585-341-6888. We try to see all of our patients on time, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you can't keep an appointment, give us 24 hours notice so that your appointment time can be offered to another patient.

You may choose treatment by either of our dentists, including:

Our Dental Hygienists

We have a full staff of highly qualified dental hygienists who help with:

• Cleanings
• Fluoride treatments
• X-rays
• Sealants

Fees and Payments

Our fees are comparable to other dentists in the community. To help keep costs at a minimum, we ask that you be prepared to pay for your treatment at the time of your visit. Dental insurance covers some, not all, of the cost of your treatment. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient.

Parking Due to construction, the Highland Hospital South Visitor Lot will be closed. Patients may park in the hospital ramp garage. The parking fees are the same. Thank you for your patience as we seek to better serve you. More information about parking at Highland Hospital

If your treatment requires several visits, we'll give you an estimate of your total cost and our business office staff can help you make financial arrangements.

Recall Visits

We believe in the benefits of preventive care. We encourage our patients to return for periodic recall visits. We'll send you a written reminder when it's time to return. When you receive this notice, please call us promptly to make an appointment.

At your visit, tell the receptionist about any change in your:

• Medications
• Address or phone number
• Marital status
• Employment
• Insurance coverage

We encourage you to call with questions about your dental problems or concerns. Our receptionists are trained to answer most questions; however, if your call requires that the doctor speak with you, our staff will take a message and have the doctor call you as soon as possible.
