Locations and Hours to Purchase Parking Passes and Validation Stickers

Parking passes and validation stickers* are available at:

• The Main Lobby Parking Kiosk. It is located on the first floor of the hospital near the silver elevators and is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. For more information call 585-273-3893.
  
  
  
• The Cashier's Office. It is located on the ground level Room G-1405 and is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturdays 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and Sundays 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. For more information call 585-275-4681.
  
  
  
• The Gift Shop (they have one-day passes only). It is located in the Main Lobby directly behind the Information Desk (as you stand with your back to Elmwood Avenue) and is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., and weekends 11:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. For more information call 585-275-2577.
  
  

*Remember -- Bone Marrow Transplant patients and parents of pediatric patients may purchase double the maximum number of validation stickers at a special rate upon presentation of SMH admission paperwork to the Cashier’s Office only.
