Mail Services and Gift Delivery Services

Mail and gifts are delivered to patient rooms each day. You can mail outgoing letters by giving them to a hospital volunteer.

Any mail arriving after you leave the hospital will be sent to the address listed on your admissions form. If you have any questions regarding your mail, please call 585-275-2630.

Cards, letters and flowers will arrive faster if they are clearly marked as “Patient Mail” and addressed as follows:

Patient's Name (Use the patient’s first and last name (for example Angela Evans rather than Mrs. Brian Evans)
