To be seen by one of our audiologists you will need a referral. You or your physician can call 585-758-5700 to schedule an appointment.
Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Billing and Insurance
We participate in most major insurance plans including:

- Blue Choice
- Preferred Care

- Medicare
- Medicaid
- And many others
HMO members are required to have prior approval before seeking care. If you have any questions about insurance coverage, please call your provider or contact us at 585-758-5700.
