The Strong Regional Burn Center and the Strong Regional Trauma Center are both major tertiary referral centers serving the metropolitan Rochester area as well as the 1.8 million people in the 17 counties which surround the Finger Lakes Region in Western New York. Located on the campus of the University of Rochester Medical Center, both centers provide around-the-clock care for the sickest patients.

The Strong Regional Burn Center is among the nation’s finest burn units. It provides holistic care to the critically injured burn patient from the point of injury to long-term care.
Strong Regional Trauma Center
The Strong Regional Trauma Center treats over 3,000 people a year with severe blunt and penetrating injuries. We are Western New York’s largest and Rochester’s only trauma center.
