Dixie Reid, PA-C

Dixie Reid, PA-C is the Burn Program Manager at the Strong Regional Burn Center. She received her bachelor of science in Physical Assistance Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to joining the Strong Regional Burn Center, Ms. Reid worked at the George David Peak Memorial Burn Center at the University of Missouri and the U.S. Army Burn Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Ms. Reid is a member of the American Burn Association and an instructor in Advanced Burn Life Support. Her areas of special interest include treatment of thermal injury and management of complex wounds.
