Our patients are also encouraged to join our Burn Survivors Support Group. It’s development was spearheaded by a former patient, a courageous young woman. Now, the group meets monthly at Strong Memorial Hospital with our social worker in attendance. Call for meeting times.

Burn Camp offers a very special place for children to spend part of their summer vacation.

Since 1994, Burn Camp has given children between 7 and 17 who have been treated for a burn injury in New York State and Ontario, Canada the chance to have fun while sharing feelings and experiences with other young burn survivors. And there is no cost to the children or their families. Call to learn more about Burn Camp.
