Practice Description
Cardiac rehabilitation is for people recovering from or at risk of heart disease. The program helps people reach and maintain a high level of heart fitness. All individuals entering the Strong Heart Program require physician approval prior to entering the program. Our staff will be happy to help expedite the entrance process. We offer Level II and Level III rehabilitation programs.
Our Specialist
Our cardiologist, John D. Bisognano, M.D., Ph.D., is an expert in cardiac rehabilitation and recovery. You will also work with a team of providers including nurses, exercise physiologists, and a nutritionist.

Billing and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. We also accept most types of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, BlueCross/BlueShield, Blue Choice and Preferred Care. If your insurance covers office visits, we will complete the necessary forms and bill the insurance company for you.
