Eighty percent of children survive childhood cancer and we are proud to be part of the team of doctors and nurses who make it possible. We are active members of the Children's Oncology Group (an international consortium of cancer treatment institutions). Using therapies developed by this group, as well as our own local treatments and expertise, we offer the latest and advanced therapies in the comfort of the child's home and community.
Utilizing Research to Improve Lives...
Led by Craig A. Mullen, M.D., Ph.D., Chief, who investigates the role of the immune system in the setting of bone marrow transplantation, the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology group through close collaboration with the International Children's Oncology Group, the Dana Farber Cancer Institute Leukemia Consortium, and the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center, contributes to finding cures for childhood cancers.
