Referral Information
Who is Eligible?
We are currently accepting new patients under 16 years of age, and generally follow youngsters needing ongoing specialty healthcare through age 21.
As part of the intake process for new referrals, it is often
determined that older adolescents are better served by
other programs that will continue to provide service
throughout
the adult years. Referrals to such programs will be made.
What Does the Program Cost?
Costs depend upon the services required, and may be covered by insurance. Other payment avenues include:
- Self-pay
- Medical insurance (all insurance accepted, including Medicaid)
- Early Intervention
- School District consultation
