Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Western New York

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® grants the wishes of children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions. Contrary to how Make-A-Wish® is sometimes perceived -- it is not a "last wish" or a wish for a terminal child. The wish experience brings HOPE, STRENGTH, and JOY to a child with a life-threatening medical condition. Across the world, a wish is granted every 41 minutes.

Help share the power of a wish® with a medically eligible child between the ages of 2 ½ and 18. If you know a child who may be eligible please encourage the child's parent or legal guardian to contact the Make-A-Wish office. Our local chapter encompasses the western 17 counties of New York State including the cities of Rochester, Buffalo, Jamestown, and Corning, NY.
