Neonatology
Perinatal Outreach Teaching
As the Regional Perinatal Center for the Finger Lakes Region, the Neonatology Division conducts outreach teaching for pediatricians, obstetricians and nurses at 17 regional hospitals. A team, consisting of a neonatologist, nurse practitioners and a perinatologist, provides outreach teaching, reviews transported patients and mothers, and helps establish policy and procedures at our referring hospitals.
