Pediatric Pulmonology
Our Services and Programs
We offer a full range of care for children with respiratory problems
including inpatient, outpatient, home care and consultation services.
Children come to a pediatric pulmonologist due to breathing problems
at or soon after birth, or may be referred to us for diagnosis
of breathing problems that develop later in childhood. We offer
the most advanced and comprehensive testing procedures available
in the region, and specialize in pediatric pulmonary function
testing - one of only a few centers in the nation to do so. In
addition, our Cystic Fibrosis center, which offers specialized
diagnostic and treatment services for CF patients, is funded and
accredited by the Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation.
Often, our doctors will collaborate with other pediatric specialists,
such as the Division of Otolaryngology,
to offer patients at Golisano Children's Hospital the most complete
care.
