Sample Meal Plan

Below is a sample of what a typical diet can look like when you are trying to increase the amount of calories and protein your child consumes:

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs made with whole milk and cheese

Toast with margarine and peanut butter

Whole milk or juice

Snack Milkshake made with Carnation Instant Breakfast, whole milk and ice cream
