Mail Services and Gift Delivery Services

Mail and gifts are delivered to patient rooms each day. Your child can mail outgoing letters by giving them to a hospital volunteer.

Any mail arriving after your child leaves the hospital will be sent to the address listed on his or her admissions form. If you have any questions regarding your child's mail, please call 585-275-2630.

Cards, letters and flowers will arrive faster if they are clearly marked as “Patient Mail” and addressed as follows:
