Merge onto I-390 N via Exit 46 towards Rochester.
Take Exit 16 - Route 15A/E Henrietta Rd. – toward W Henrietta Rd.
Turn Right on NY-15A/E Henrietta Rd.
Turn Right onto NY-15 Mt. Hope Ave.
Turn Left onto Crittenden Blvd.
Left into Crittdenden Blvd. parking lot
From I-390 heading North
Take Exit 16 - Route 15A/E Henrietta Rd. – toward W Henrietta Rd.
Turn Right on NY-15A/E Henrietta Rd.
Turn Right onto NY-15 Mt. Hope Ave.
Turn Left onto Crittenden Blvd.
Left into Crittenden Blvd. parking lot
From I-390 heading South
Just past the airport,
Take the RT-383 N - Exit 17.
Turn Left onto Scottsville Rd. / NY-383
Stay Straight to go onto Elmwood Ave.
Right onto Kendrick Rd. (just under the bridge)
Left at Light onto Crittenden Blvd.
Park on the right hand side in the Crittenden Blvd. parking lot.Parking
For handicapped patrons, use the circle drive off Crittenden Blvd. at University Health Services entrance for drop off. The most convenient parking is across from the Psychiatry entrance on Crittenden Blvd.
Alternative parking is available in the parking garage off Elmwood Ave. on the north side of the hospital.
From Crittenden Blvd. Parking
Enter through the Psychiatry entrance, bear right and continue down the hall, turn right at the Chase Bank. Proceed around the corner to the left to the University Health Services entrance and to the orange elevators. Take these to the third floor.
From the parking garage:
Follow the orange ceiling tags to the orange elevators. Take the elevators to the third floor and you are in the office. This is a long walk. You can ask for assistance or a wheelchair at the information desk in the lobby if needed.
