Nurse Residency Program for Student Nurses
The Nurse Residency Program is a summer program open to student nurses who want to increase their clinical skills under the direction of a Nurse Mentor. The program offers working and learning opportunities to student nurses who want to be exceptionally prepared for professional practice.
To be eligible for the program, you must be currently enrolled in an an accredited school of nursing program and have completed one year. You must have a grade-point-average of 3.0 or higher, be CPR certified, and meet Highland Hospital employee health requirements.
