When you become a Strong nurse you can take advantage of our flexible scheduling system so you can fit your working hours comfortably into the rest of your life. We offer 8 and 12 hour shift patterns, and many of our units participate in self-scheduling. Plus, it is not mandatory that Strong nurses work overtime. We will help you work out a schedule that both meets your needs...and the needs of your nursing unit.
