Dr. Brigatti is a specialist in the management of glaucoma, a condition that affects two million Americans, many of whom don’t know they have it.
The glaucoma service is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic facilities, allowing Dr. Brigatti to offer computerized visual field testing, optic nerve imaging, multiple methods of blood flow measurement, and other specialized imaging modalities. Patients may be referred for retinal topography and analysis, utilizing the Heidelberg Retinal Tomograph Dr. Brigatti manages even the most complex glaucoma cases and surgical complications, and can offer glaucoma solutions ranging from filtering devices to glaucoma tube shunt implant surgery.
He has conducted extensive glaucoma research, particularly in the structural and functional analysis of optic nerve and nerve fiber layer, and scanning laser ophthalmoscopy techniques.

A summa cum laude graduate of both Milan University School of Medicine and Milan University First School of Ophthalmology, Dr. Brigatti has spent time at Yale University School of Medicine and the University of South Florida, followed by a glaucoma fellowship at the Jules Stein Eye Center of the University of California Los Angeles.
Multilingual, Dr. Brigatti can assist patients who speak Spanish
and Italian.
