Palliative Care Clinical Consultation

A palliative care consultation must be requested by a patient's treating physician. To request a palliative care consult or for more information, please call 585-273-1154. For a palliative care emergency, please call the Strong Memorial Hospital Page Office at 585-275-2222, and ask for the palliative care physician consultant on call.

Bereavement Support

We provide bereavement support for families of patients who have been seen by our palliative care consultation service. To request information on bereavement support, please call 585-273-5301.
