Practice Description

You will receive convenient, effective treatment in a friendly, state-of-the-art environment. Our highly skilled occupational therapists are dedicated to helping you become stronger, healthier, and more independent.

Practice Services

If you've had an injury, or if you have a condition that requires therapy, we can help.

We offer treatment for:

• Cumulative trauma (e.g., tendonitis, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, etc.)
• Traumatic injuries (e.g., fractures, burns, amputations, etc.)
• Rehab conditions (e.g., Parkinson's, M.S., spinal cord injury, etc.)
• Low vision
• Developmental disabilities
• Birth defects, including brachial plexus injuries
• Systemic diseases and/or disorders including Rhematiod Arthritis
• Lymphadema
• Stroke

Billing and Insurance

We participate in most major insurance plans, including:

• BlueCross BlueShield
• Blue Choice
• Preferred Care
• University of Rochester Medical Plans
• Medicare
• Medicaid

HMO patients are required to have prior approval before seeking care. If you have any questions about insurance coverage, please call the office number listed above.
