If you need speech therapy, and you want to take advantage of the breadth of services offered at Strong Health, here's what you'll need to know to get started with us.

Referral

Written prescriptions for speech therapy are required and may be issued by a New York State licensed:

• Physician
• Nurse practitioner
• Podiatrist
• Dentist
• Insurance

We provide services for all health insurance plans in the Rochester area, including (but not limited to):

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Blue Choice
• Preferred Care
• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Private Insurance
• Workers' Compensation
• MVA/No Fault
• Aetna

Please have your insurance information available. An authorization number for HMOs is required prior to scheduling.
