Catherine Przystal, M.D.

Dr. Catherine Przystal is a graduate of the University of Buffalo School of Medicine, and completed residencies in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

As a physician interested in preventative medicine and adolescent health care, Dr. Przystal believes that her job as a physician is to provide an environment for patients where they can comfortably and confidently share their concerns regarding all aspects that encompass their health. She continues to familiarize herself with the latest advances in medicine so she can work in partnership with her patients to make the right choices.

Dr. Przystal is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also on the faculty of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Vythilingam Alagappan, M.D.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Alagappan is a graduate of Madras Medical College (India) and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. He has been named a National Board Diplomat in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Respiratory Medicine in India, and holds England’s coveted qualification as a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. Dr. Alagappan’s international training includes sub-specialty experience in cardiology, geriatrics, pulmonology, rheumatology and rural primary care.

Dr. Alagappan is affiliated with Strong Memorial Hospital and Highland Hospital, and is on the faculty of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Lori Ferris, M.D.

Dr. Lori Ferris is a graduate of the State University of New York at Syracuse, and completed her residency in Family Practice at Wilson Memorial Hospital SUNY HSC at Syracuse.

Dr. Ferris is a member of the American Board of Family Practice and specializes in family medicine.
