Billing and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of your visit.We accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. We also accept most types of insurance, including Blue Choice, Preferred Care, and Aetna. Some, but not all, of our doctors also accept Medicare and Medicaid. If your insurance covers office visits, we will complete the necessary forms and bill the insurance company for you.

There will be a $5 billing fee if copays are not paid at the time of service.
