Billing and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. We also accept most types of insurance, including Blue Choice, Preferred Care, Aetna, as well as Medicare, and Medicaid. If your insurance covers office visits, we will complete the necessary forms and bill the insurance company for you. There is a $5 billing fee if you do not pay your copay at the time of your visit.

Since we are affiliated with the University of Rochester Medical Center and Highland Hospital, we offer a Charity Care Program, which covers office visit costs on a sliding scale. Please talk to one of our secretaries if you think you might be eligible.
