Prescription Refills

Routine prescription refills are available by phoning and asking your pharmacy to fax a prescription refill request to our office at 232-1035. We ask that you bring your medications with you to your appointment. Any prescriptions may be refilled at that time. Please allow up to 48 hours for refills to be called into your pharmacy.
