Appointments

We understand that you can’t plan when you’ll get sick, so we try to keep our appointment times flexible to meet your needs. We will do everything possible to schedule a sick appointment on the same day you call. Sometimes this may mean that you see someone other than your regular doctor, but our team approach to your health care makes it possible for us to work together to meet your scheduling requirements.

Our physicians see patients by appointment. You can schedule an appointment between 8:30 am - noon or between 1:00 - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. We try to stay on schedule, but ask for your patience and understanding when an unavoidable delay occurs. To help us stay on schedule, please arrive on time for your appointment and have your medical records transferred to our office before your first visit. If it is your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for registration.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel. Failure to cancel an appointment denies other patients the opportunity to see our physicians.
