Emergencies and Hospitalization

Most HMO insurance plans require prior approval of all emergency room visits. Please call our office at 266-2840 before obtaining these services.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go to the nearest emergency room and have the hospital notify our office or the physician on call.

East Ridge Family Medicine is an affiliate of Strong Health. Our providers maintain admitting privileges at Highland Hospital, with the exception of children, who are admitted to the Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong. Our obstetric patients deliver at Highland Hospital.
