Prescription Refills

Instructions for Medication Refills at Strong Medical Group - Gates

For faster turnaround time, call our prescription line with your refill request at 585-341-7538. We will need:

1. Your name - say and spell your last name
2. Your phone number
3. Medication name - spell the name of your medication
4. Dose or Strength
5. Frequency (example: two times a day)
6. Number of pills requested (only 30-day supply available)
7. Your pharmacy name and phone number
8. Prescription refill number if available

Please allow 24 hours for all prescription refills. Controlled substance prescriptions need to be picked up at our office. We will not refills controlled prescriptions over the phone.
