Patrick M. Connors, M.D.

Dr. Connors is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Duke University, with a degree in Psychology. He went on to receive his medical dgree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1995, then completed his Medical Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in 1998. Dr. Connors is currently board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.

Charles Courtsal, M.D.

Dr. Courtsal is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed his residency at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester in 1991. He also served as Chief Medical Resident and Fellow in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's. Dr. Courtsal is currently licensed by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the NY State Board of Education and is Board certified in Internal Medicine.

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Courtsal serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, and has completed a variety of teaching commitments. His professional memberships include the American College of Physicians, Monroe County Medical Society, and Physicians for Social Responsibility. Dr. Courtsal's civic activities include membership and leadership positions in the Newport Yacht Club and the First Universalist Church.

Christopher D'Angelo, M.D.

Dr. D'Angelo is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. His special interests include diabetes, hypertension and preventative medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. D'Angelo enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, reading, trail running and cooking.

Louis J. Papa, M.D.

Dr. Papa is a graduate of the SUNY at Stony Brook School Medicine, and completed his medical residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in 1992. He also served as Chief Medical Resident and Fellow in General Internal Medicine at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, NY. Dr. Papa is board certified in Internal Medicine, and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Internal Medicine, and the Monroe County Medical Society. Among many honors and awards received throughout his career, most recently Dr. Papa was listed in Best Doctors in America in 2002.

Dr. Papa currently serves as a Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. In addition to teaching and his medical practice, Dr. Papa has held various professional positions. Most recently, these appointments include serving with the Monroe County Medical Society, the RIPA Radiology Management Committee, and the Strong Health "Project Believe" Task Force and Patient Education Committees.

Michael S. Schneider, M.D.

Dr. Schneider received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1977, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Dartmouth's Hitchcock Medical Center in 1980. He also completed his Fellowship through Harvard University at Massachusetts General Hospital, specializing in Pulmonary Diseases and Exercise Physiology. Dr. Schneider is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Pulmonary Diseases. He is also currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine.

Throughout his career, Dr. Schneider has held a variety of professional positions and appointments, and has received numerous honors and awards. Among his most recent honors, he was named as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians in 2000. Currently, in addition to his medical practice and teaching commitments, Dr. Schneider serves and the co-chairman of Strong Health's "Project Believe" Task Force and as chairman of the Preferred Health Network, Inc.

Anthony Sousou, M.D.

Brian Steele, D.O.

Dr. Steele is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He practiced family medicine in the Philadelphia area before joining East Ridge Family Medicine. He has been a clinical instructor of medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and a Preceptor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 1995, Dr. Steele completed Family Medicine Resident training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his D.O. degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992. Dr. Steele's hobbies include soccer, biking, skiing, and spending time with his family.
