This tool is focused on individuals who are considering quitting but have not made up their minds. It reinforces the benefits of quitting and the support available.

Smoking Cessation - Physician Guide

Similar to the fitness physician guide, this tool follows NIH's recommended ASK, ADVISE, ASSIT, ARRANGE protocol for facilitating behavior change. It also provides a simple way to track the progression of the intervention over multiple visits.
