Billing and Insurance Information

Payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. We also accept most most types of insurance including, but not limited to, Aetna, Blue Choice, Preferred Care and BC/BS. Please contact the office at 585-598-8573 if you are uncertain if we participate with your individual insurance plan. Please be aware that you will receive a bill for any balance or non-covered service.
