Emergencies and Hospitalization

If you are experiencing a life-threating emergency, call 911 or go to Strong Memorial Hospital or the nearest emergency room and ask the emergency physician to contact the Penfield Family Medicine physician on call.

Please follow your insurance plan's protocol for emergency room services for non-life threatening visits.

Penfield Family Medicine is an affiliate of Strong Health. We admit adult patients to Highland Hospital or Strong Memorial Hospital, and children are admitted to the Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong.
