Prescription Refills

Before coming to your appointment, please check to see what prescriptions you may need so we can provide them for you at the time of your visit. Routine refills are also available by having your pharmicist fax a request to your doctor's individual fax line. Please allow 24 hours for your doctor to respond to your request.

Prescriptions for controlled substances must be picked up at our office.

NOTE: We do not refill controlled substances over the telephone after hours.
