Billing and Insurance

Payment is requested at the time of your visit. For patients on an HMO plan, co-payments are required at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. We also accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Choice and Preferred Care. We accept assignment for Medicare and if your insurance covers office visits, we will complete the necessary forms and bill the insurance company for you.
