Megan Terwilliger, M.D.
A native of Rochester, Dr. Terwilliger lives in Victor. After receiving her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College, she completed her internship and residency at The NY Hospital. Dr. Terwilliger treats patients ages 18 and up, and has a special interest as well as extensive experience in geriatric care. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to museums, traveling and appreciating nature.

M. Dobryzynski, M.D.
A
Rochester native, Dr. Dobrzynski joined the Pulsifer practice
in 1986 after completing his Internal Medicine residency
at Strong Memorial Hospital. A graduate of the University
of Rochester School of Medicine, Dr. Dobrzynski's special
interests include clinical research, cardiovascular disease,
sports medicine and medical management. Away from the office,
Dr. Dobrzynski enjoys golfing, fishing and skiing. He and
his wife, Beth, live in Pittsford, with their four children.

Geoffrey
G. Morris, M.D., F.A.C.P.
An
Irondequoit resident, Dr. Morris originally hails from Endwell,
N.Y. He graduated from medical school at the SUNY Upstate
Medical Center in Syracuse and completed his Internal Medicine
residency at the University of Rochester. After serving
as Chief Resident in Medicine at the Genesee Hospital, he
joined the Pulsifer Practice in 1990. Dr. Morris is a senior
clinical instructor at the University of Rochester School
of Medicine and Dentistry, and is a Fellow of the American
College of Physicians. His areas of special interests include
preventive care, sports medicine and cardiovascular medicine.
Dr. Morris and his wife, Stephanie, have two daughters.
He enjoys spending time with his family, running, gardening,
and skiing.

Ann
R. Shamaskin, M.D., F.A.C.P.
A
native of Alexandria, Virginia, Dr. Shamaskin is a graduate
of the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed
her residency at the University of Rochester and served
as a Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Highland Hospital.
Before joining the Pulsifer group in 1995, she served as
co-director of Medical Education at The Genesee Hospital
and later as Medical Director of Genesee Hospital's Emergency
Department. Dr. Shamaskin is a clinical assistant professor
of medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine,
and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr.
Shamaskin's professional interests include preventive medicine
and medical education. She and her husband have three daughters.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, cooking
and painting.

Scott Campbell, M.D.
Dr.
Campbell is originally from High Point, North Carolina.
He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the
University of North Carolina, and completed his Internal
Medicine residency at Strong Memorial Hospital during which
time he received several awards for his work. Dr. Campbell
joined the Pulsifer group in August 1999. His treatment
style emphasizes the value of long-term personal relationships
between patient and physician. Outside of work, Dr. Campbell
enjoys cycling, skiing, travel and experiencing new cultures.

Gina Cuyler, M.D.
Dr. Cuyler spent her formative years in New York City. She received her undergraduate training from New York University and completed her medical school and Internal Medicine residency at the University of Rochester. Dr. Cuyler is board certified in Internal Medicine and received her certificate in Medical Management from the American College of Physician Executives. She has a special interest in providing high quality, evidence based, personalized medical care. When not actively engaged in caring for her patients, Dr. Cuyler and her husband Lloyd enjoy traveling, wine making, the arts, and athletics.
Theodora (Dorrie) Paine, M.S.,N.P, and APRN-BC
Mrs. Paine is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Education includes AAS from Monroe Community College and a Bachelor/Master of Science degrees from the University of Rochester School of Nursing. Mrs. Paine has 20 years of experience in Infectious Disease, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cardio-Thoracic surgery. She enjoys patient education and actively promotes patient involvement in health care decisions and treatments. Mrs. Paine and her husband, David, have two sons. Outside of work they enjoy traveling, scuba diving and photography.
Susan
Guffey, M.S., R.N., F.N.P.
Mrs. Guffey is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered
Nurse. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Nursing
in 1993 at the State University of New York at Binghamton,
she relocated to Rochester. She worked as a Registered Nurse
in the Neurosurgery Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital while
attending the University of Rochester. In 1999 she graduated
with a Master's Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Rochester.
Mrs. Guffey joined our practice in 2000 after working with the
Gastroenterology Department at Strong Memorial Hospital.
She is interested in working with patients to provide primary
care and health education. She spends her free time with her husband and son.
