Prescription Refills

Before coming to your appointment, please check to see what prescription refills you may need, so we can provide them for you at the time of your visit. Routine refills are also available by having your pharmacy fax an order to the office at (585)341-4262.

Prescriptions for controlled substances that require a New York State special prescription cannot be renewed over the phone. This type of a prescription requires 24 hours notice so the prescription can be prepared.
