Billing and Insurance

All insurance co-payments must be made at the time of service or a $15.00 charge will be added to your account. It is your responsibility to bring your insurance card to each visit and to know what your co-payment amount is. Each patient is responsible for making certain that any referral needed for a specialist visit has been properly take care of by our office staff, noting that the insurance companies take anywhere from 48-72 hours to process referrals before the patient can be seen in the specialist's office. Emergency referrals are an exception.
