Return Calls to Patients

Each patient call is important to us. In order to efficiently answer the calls, appropriate information may need to be gathered for the physician before a return call is made. This may take some time, so please do not continue to call to ensure that your physician has your message. On a regular basis, calls are returned the same day your call was placed. If, by some chance, your call is not returned within 24 hours, you may call the office as a reminder.
