Emergencies and Hospitalization

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room and have the hospital notify our office.

Most HMO insurance plans require prior approval of all emergency room visits. Please call our office at 585-334-0130 before obtaining these services.

Rush Family Medicine is an affiliate of Strong Health. We admit adult patients to Highland Hospital or Strong Memorial Hospital, and children are admitted to the Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong.
