Exercise Safely for a Lifetime of Benefits

The Center includes a state-of-the-art fitness facility in a hospital setting, staffed by certified, experienced professionals and backed by physician support. It offers 3, 6, and 12-month membership programs. Group rates, for as little as $5.00 per class, are also available to company employees who want to join in the fun.

For example, how about a fitness class called "The Western Combo?" It features warm-up, following by emphasis on core body muscles, and then some country line dancing. You complete the program with techniques to help you stretch and relax.
