Our Services & Facilities

Skilled Nursing from Strong Health

After a hospital stay for physical and/or psychological reasons, people who can no longer live independently are frequently referred to a nursing home. Nursing homes provide varying levels of care, so it's important to make sure you know exactly what you need. Because Strong Health is a community leader in geriatric medicine, we also provide superior services in two separate, 24-hour skilled nursing facilities:

Both nursing homes are modern, state-of-the-art communities, staffed by a team of medical professionals and others dedicated to quality care.
