Heidi Connolly, M.D.
Heidi Connolly, M.D. Dr. Connolly is currently an Associate
Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Rochester and a
staff member of the Golisano
Children’s Hospital at Strong.
She is Director of Pediatric Sleep Medicine Services of the Strong
Sleep Disorders Center.
She received her medical training and completed her general
pediatric residency at Northwestern University and Children’s
Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. Dr. Connolly completed her
first fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at the University
of Chicago Wyler Children’s Hospital. Dr. Connolly completed
a second fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology at the University
of Rochester.
Dr. Connolly holds board certifications in Sleep Medicine as
well as General Pediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology and Pediatric
Critical Care. She currently sees over 800 patients per year
with a wide variety of sleep disorders at the Pediatric Services
of the Strong Sleep Disorders Center and is an attending physician
in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Golisano’a
Children’s Hospital of Strong.
Her current research interests are sleep disorders in children
with medical conditions including obesity and craniofacial abnormalities.
She participates in inter-disciplinary research with speech pathology,
plastic surgery and nursing.
