Making An Appointment
To begin the process of receiving treatment, your physician will need to provide you with a referral to see one of our surgeons. When your physician's office calls us with your referral, we will schedule your appointment with one of our surgeons at that time. Your physician's office will then contact you with the date, time, and location of your appointment.

After Hours
If you need medical care after hours or on the weekend, call our answering service at 585-275-2725. The surgeon on call will be paged.
Urgent Care Appointments
An Urgent Patient Clinic is available to you during regular office hours, Monday through Friday at either the Surgery Clinic in the Ambulatory Care Facility at Strong Memorial Hospital or at Clinton Crossings, Building E .
The Urgent Patient Clinic is for patients in need of same-day evaluation and treatment. Our surgeons share responsibilities for the urgent clinic, so you may not be seen by your surgeon. Call your surgeon's office if you need an appointment at the clinic.
