Strong Health Transplant Program Lodging offers a “home away from home” environment for patients and families associated with the Strong Transplant Program. Located a few miles from Strong Memorial Hospital, the RIT Inn & Conference Center provides guest rooms and access to a home-like suite, which includes a fully equipped kitchen as well as dining and living areas.

Our courtesy shuttle offers complimentary transportation to and from Strong Memorial Hospital and Highland Hospital throughout the day. Please provide a minimum of one-hour advance notice to the RIT Inn & Conference Center. Early morning transportation should be requested the night before.

Call Strong Guest Services at 585-275-7581 for reservations. For access to the suite and special room rate, mention that you’re associated with the Strong Transplant Program. Reservations must be made through Strong Guest Services to secure the reduced room rate. If your plans change, please cancel before 4 p.m. to avoid charges.
Directions
The RIT Inn & Conference Center is located at 5257 West Henrietta Road, Rochester, New York. Standard rooms accommodate up to five guests and include two double beds (or one king) with cribs and roll-always on request. Handicap accessible rooms are also available. Pets may be permitted; please call ahead for information. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Strong Hospital Visitor Information
Visiting hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. The House of Six Nations Cafeteria, on the first floor, near the Red elevators, serves full meals and snacks every day from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Vending services are available 24 hours a day.
