Experience

Ms. Keirstead has over fourteen years experience in clinical and outpatient dietetics.  Since 2003 her work has encompassed adult and pediatric Heart, Kidney, Pancreas and Liver Transplant Nutrition.  The University of Rochester presides over the Cornell Dietetic Internship Program.  Ms. Keirstead participates with precepting students who rotate through the transplant program.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and Human Resources, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; 12 mo. internship, St. John's Hospital, Springfield, Illinois;  Dept. of Illinois food handling and safety training; Certification in Nutrition Support.
