Epididymitis
Epididymitis is an inflammation of the epididymis (the tubular
structure that connects the testicle with the vas deferens).
It is caused by infection that usually originates in the urethra
or the bladder, usually caused by e.coli, gonorrhoea or chlamydia.
Symptoms include: painful scrotal swelling, testicular pain,
fever, painful urination, painful intercourse or ejaculation,
and/or blood in the semen.
