Each child attending will need to bring along a doll or stuffed animal, and a picture of himself or herself as a newborn. This class is geared toward children between the ages of 3 to 10 years. Children who are older or younger are also welcome to attend: please feel free to call our office to discuss the suitability of our class for your child.

You and your children will learn about:

What it will be like to have a new baby in the family
Becoming a big sister or brother
How a baby is born (use of book, doll and correct terminology)
What a new baby can do

For those children planning to attend the birth, this class is required.

Fee

$20.00 for first child, $5.00 for each additional child

Schedule

Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. The class will be approximately 30 minutes longer for those children planning to attend the birth. These children will discuss the process of labor and view a short video depicting a family centered birth.
