Post-Natal Care
As a new mother you will, no doubt, want to give your new baby the best care possible. As you try to provide this care, it's easy to become overwhelmed. At Strong Health we realize that this can create a lot of stress and worry so we have created a Guidebook for Becoming a Parent. It is our hope that this book, as well as this site, will provide you with the answers you're looking for and will calm some of your fears.
Considerations for Other Children
Remember too, that it's just as important to take care of yourself. You will need to know what to do for yourself during the first six weeks after you arrive home and you'll want to know what changes happening to your body are routine and which ones need the attention of your health care providers.
